Incipio's feather and hard shell cases for the Lumia Icon now available, ahead of the device's launch

Verzion is set to have a new flagship Windows Phone 8 device very soon – known as the Nokia Lumia Icon (or Lumia 929). This device is slated to be the successor to the Lumia 928 and reportedly features a 20 MP camera and a quad-core Snapdragon 800 CPU at 2.2 GHz, along with 32 GB of storage and a five inch display.

Verizon and Nokia have yet to unveil this device, but popular accessory maker Incipio is already selling two cases for the Lumia Icon. The first case is a “Hard Shell Case with Silicone Core” called the “DualPro” and runs for $29.99. The second case is an “Ultra Thin Snap-On Case” called “feather” and runs for $24.99. You can head over to the VIA link to check out the cases and purchase them.

Both cases are offered in various colors – Black, Cyan, and Pink for both cases, while the feather features a gray color option and the DualPro features a white color option. Did Incipio jump the gun on this?

The Nokia Lumia Icon is rumored for a January 16th announcement, so we will just have to wait and see. Perhaps the announcement of the device is closer than we think!

Thanks Frank for the tip!
