In a press event in New Delhi, HP Inc. announced the debut of its gaming portfolio in India. OMEN by HP features a range of products built for gamers and offers power for battling on the go, graphics for smooth gameplay, great storage, and advanced thermal cooling. The portfolio also includes high quality accessories in partnership with SteelSeries.

The ‘Omen by HP’ laptops are available in two variants with 17.3” and 15.6” screen sizes. Both laptops feature Bang & Olufsen audio with Dual Speakers and Audio Boost for an immersive gaming experience.
The OMEN 17 laptop is a VR-ready state of the art model sporting up to latest 8GB NVIDIA 1070 GeForce GTX graphic card and latest 7th gen Intel quad-core i7-7700HQ (3.6 GHz, upto 4.2 GHz & 8 MB cache) processor. There’s a 17.3-inch WLED UWVA IPS screen with a 1,920 x 1,080 resolution and under the hood, the OMEN 17 comes with dual storage of 1TB hard disk and 256GB SSD. The OMEN 17 will be available at a starting price of ₹139,990 ($2090).
On the other hand, the OMEN 15 sports up to latest 4GB NVIDIA 1050 GeForce GTX graphic card and latest 7th gen Intel quad-core i7-7700HQ (3.6 GHz, upto 4.2 GHz & 8 MB cache) processor. There’s a 15.6-inch WLED-backlit IPS screen with a 1,920 x 1,080 resolution and the laptop boasts of dual storage with up to 1TB hard disk and 128GB SSD. The OMEN 15 will be available at a starting price of ₹79,990 ($1200).
There’s also the OMEN Desktop that will be available at a starting price of ₹139,990 ($2090). Then there’s OMEN Keyboard, OMEN Headset, OMEN Mouse, and OMEN Mouse Pad – all in partnership with SteelSeries.
