Last week Playground Games announced Forza Horizon 5 Rally Adventure—the second major expansion for the open world racing game. Rally Adventure is set to launch on March 29, but players won’t have to wait that long to get their rally racing fix thanks to the latest FH5 update: the “Horizon Wilds Takeover.”

Unlike the upcoming Rally Adventure DLC, Horizon Wilds Takeover is a free-for-all-players update. Horizon Wilds Takeover will provide a nice dirt racing primer ahead of Rally Adventure beginning Thursday, March 2nd.

But what exactly is in the Horizon Wilds Takeover update? Here are the highlights.

New (and returning) unlockable cars

  • 2021 Polaris RZR Pro
  • 2021 Sierra 700R
  • 1981 Subaru Brat
  • 1985 Nissan Safari
  • 1986 #2 Audi S1
  • 2015 Honda Trophy Truck
  • 2016 Hoonigan GYMKHANA 9 Ford Focus RS RX

Other Horizon Wilds Takeover additions

  • The Stunt Park Stadium makes a return with a fresh look for the Horizon Wilds Takeover.
  • New decorations, a new Dinosaur Outfit, new event lab props, new photo challenges, new accolades and more.
  • New Ken Block tribute content for the Horizon Wilds Takeover including the Forza LINK “GO FAST RISK EVERY THANG.” Also, Blocks’ 2016 Hoonigan Ford Focus RS RX and a #43 helmet player badge.

There will also be plenty of bug fixes and improvements as part of the update. See here for the full release notes. Horizon Wilds Takeover will be available tomorrow, March 2nd.
