For Honor, Darkest Dungeon, and Backbone are coming to Xbox Game Pass in June

Microsoft has revealed this morning the first new Xbox Game Pass games coming to the catalog in June. First of all, the medieval fighting game For Honor will be available on Thursday, June 3. The [email protected] title The Wild at Heart, which was already available on Xbox Game Pass for Console, is also available on Xbox Cloud Gaming starting today.

Two new games will follow next week with the PC game Backbone on June 8 and the rogue-like turn-based RPG Darkest Dungeon. You can find a summary of the latest Xbox Game Pass additions below:

  • The Wild at Heart (Cloud) [email protected] – Available Today
  • For Honor (Cloud and Console) – June 3
  • Backbone (PC) [email protected] – June 8
  • Darkest Dungeon (Cloud, Console, and PC) [email protected] – June 10

This selection of games is obviously not great, but the Xbox team is likely planning to announce new Xbox Game Pass titles during the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase on June 13. Last week, Xbox marketing exec Aaron Greenberg confirmed that the upcoming event will have a segment about “upcoming releases on Xbox Game Pass.”

Unfortunately, five games will also leave the Xbox Game Pass catalog in the middle of the month. If you have yet to play them, Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown, Night Call, West of Dead, Wizard of Legend, and Observation will leave Xbox Game Pass on June 15, but subscribers can purchase them with up to 20% discounts until that date.
