It’s official, Microsoft will hold its big E3 event on Sunday, June 13, with an Xbox and Bethesda games showcase that will focus on the best of what Xbox Game Studios and other creators have to offer. The event will kick off at 10 AM PT and will be live-streamed on Twitch and YouTube, and the Xbox team will also hold a digital Xbox FanFest to celebrate.

“You’ve told us how excited you are about welcoming Bethesda into the Xbox family, so we know you’re going to want a front-row seat to the Xbox & Bethesda Games showcase – a 90-minute show packed with everything you want to know about the epic gaming lineup coming out of this partnership, the incredible games coming to Xbox this holiday, upcoming releases on Xbox Game Pass, and more,” said Aaron Greenberg, General Manager, Xbox Games Marketing.

The upcoming Xbox and Bethesda games showcase will undoubtedly by be a big highlight in Microsoft’s ongoing celebrations for the 20th anniversary of Xbox. The company has a lot of new exclusive games in the pipeline including Halo Infinite, Forza Motorsport 8, Hellblade 2, the Fable and Perfect Dark reboots, plus many more games from Bethesda including the mysterious Starfield.

For now, Halo Infinite and the Xbox Series X|S version of Flight Simulator are the two big Xbox Games Studios titles with a 2021 release date, and we hope that both of them will get some significant stage time on June 13. After a much-talked-about delay, Halo Infinite is definitely one of the most anticipated games of the year, and we hope that developer 343 Industries is now firing on all cylinders to give us a great new gameplay demo on June 13.

What are your expectations for Microsoft’s big E3 event this year? Sound off in the comments below.
