EE rolling out Lumia Denim update for the Lumia 930 in the UK

Microsoft has rolled out the Windows Phone 8.1 update with Lumia Denim on a number of handsets across the globe. However, most of these were the country variants of the devices. If you’re residing in the UK, you’ll be glad to find out that EE has started rolling out the Lumia Denim update for the Lumia 930 in the UK.

It’s not just the Lumia 930, Microsoft’s software update page says that Lumia Denim is available on several other devices — including the Lumia 520, Lumia 625 and Lumia 635.

The Lumia Denim update brings several improvements on board, and most importantly, the update introduces a new camera app which was also showcased by the company at CES 2015 with HDR and 4K video recording.

The update should take a few days to reach all devices as the process is gradual. Alternatively, you can manually check for the update from the Settings app.
