Despicable Me: Minion Rush has finally received Xbox Live support. Gru’s devoted Minions can now ring in the holidays with new game content including new missions, locations, and themes. Now that you are connected to Xbox Live, you can start earning achievements and play multiplayer using your Gamertag. With Xbox Live integration, you can now send and receive game invites, play cooperatively or one-on-one, send and receive in-game messages and voice chat. In addition, this new update gives Despicable Me: Minion Rush the following game additions:

  • THE ARCTIC BASE! This new area is full of snow, speed, and science! Take on cool new levels with unique obstacles and discover the TOP SECRET area: The Arctic Base interior!
  • Join a special holiday quest to help Dr. Nefario and recover lost decorations and gifts as you run through The Arctic Base
  • Unlock the Snowboard mini-game by completing the holiday quest
  • 12 Days of Deals: Check back every day for holiday promotions and login rewards

Thankfully, with Xbox Live integration, you can gain more XP for your Xbox Gamertag and have a better time playing online with your Xbox Live friends. If you have not done so already, download Despicable Me: Minion Rush in the download link below to start playing on Xbox Live. After all, playing games on Xbox Live is always more fun!
