Each month, Microsoft offers up some free games to Xbox Live Gold members using an Xbox 360 or Xbox One. It’s one of the chief benefits of the Gold membership, and Xbox lovers worldwide are usually chomping at the bit to learn about the newest offers. The Xbox Wire has posted December’s offers, and they’re looking nifty enough.
First, consider this: according to Microsoft, Xbox 360 and Xbox One owners with Xbox Live Gold could have saved more than $1,000 if they downloaded all of 2015’s free offers. Those are some serious savings, and in 2016 Xbox One owners will be able to double up on the freebies via Backward Compatibility.
