VLC is one of the more popular and well-respected video playing applications around. Lately, there has been quite a bit of noise around an upcoming VLC app for the Windows 10 Universal Windows Platform, which would be welcome to many Windows 10 users.
Today, VLC’s developer tweeted about a video that’s available demonstrating the VLC app running on Hololens. That’s about as UWP as you can get.

WindowsBlogItalia apparently uploaded the video to YouTube (via MSPU) and titled it “Hands-on VLC,” but note that this video is entirely Mr. Nigro’s creation. You can also download the MP4 yourself from his DropBox link.
This is pretty cool stuff, we have to say. Go check it out, and let us know in the comments what you think of the HoloLens interface and interaction.
