Bing keeps you up to date on 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup, and makes its own predictions

The team at Bing posted today on their blog how you can use Microsoft’s search engine to track the latest news for the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup, which started this past Saturday and will continue to July 5, 2015.

By searching for “Women’s World Cup,” Bing will display a card at the top of the results which shows the Cup’s match schedule in great detail. Directly in that card you can click through to different days in the tournament or start drilling down to the different matches, teams and players.

Bing also updates the matches in your search results with live scores and will provide a full bracket when the Cup reaches the knockout rounds. Additionally if you add just the name of the team you want to follow to your Women’s World Cup search, Bing returns that team’s specific schedule and standings within the card.

Finally, all of the search results will show Bing’s predictions of the winners, which has been impressively accurate in the past at a wide range of predictions, everything from the Academy Awards to Eurovision, as well as last year’s Men’s World Cup. So far Bing is predicting the final match will be Germany defeating Sweden, with USA defeating England in the consolation round.
