Bag some prizes for Christmas with the Twelve Days of Geekmas

You have probably noticed, but Christmas is just around the corner. You may have stocked up with goodies on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but now it’s time to start writing your list for Santa. You may be ticking off the days as you watch the presents pile up under the tree, but the TechNet team has another way for you to celebrate — the Twelve Days of Geekmas.

Starting today, and running up to 20 December you’ll find a series of competitions to enter and there’ll be some great prizes up for grabs. There are some little prizes like t-shirts and Lego kits, but there are also some biggies — phone, tablets, and MSDN Premium subscriptions.

Kicking things off is the Twelve Doodlers Didling contest, where you are invited to get arty. This time around you’ll need to download the Didl app and draw something that illustrates what Geekmas means to you. Tweet your entry and twelve winners will be picked on 6 December.

You’ll have to keep checking back to the Geekmas advent calendar to find out about the days’ challenges. TechNet is not giving away too much about what you can expect over the coming days, but if you hover your mouse over the numbers on the advent calendar the tooltips give you a few hints about what might be on the cards.

It’s also a good idea to follow TechNet on Twitter to keep up to date.

Good luck!
