The Acer Liquid Jade Primo was one of the earliest OEM smartphones announced for the Windows 10 Mobile platform, and it’s a fairly well-spec’d device that supports some of the new mobile OS’s most important features. It’s speculated that the device will ship at some point in the U.S., but for now, the most we know is that Europe and some other regions are targets.
Apparently, according to lilputing.com, the time is now for European customers, as Acer is shipping the Jade Primo for €599. That price includes a Continuum-enabled docking station for connecting an external display, keyboard, and mouse.
To refresh everyone’s memories, here are the Liquid Jade Primo’s specifications:
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 SoC
- 3GB of RAM
- 32GB internal storage
- 802.11ac Wifi
- 5.5-inch Full HD AMOLED screen
- 21MP AF rear camera and 8MP “wide-angle selfie” front cam
- USB Type-C port
And Acer took the time to push a video showing the smartphone’s multitasking chops, the least we can do is watch it again:
So, there you have it, European readers. If you’re looking for a third-party Windows 10 Mobile device option, perhaps this is just the one. If you happen to pick one up, definitely let us know in the comments what you think of it.
