Windows Subsystem for Android Preview has been updated to Version 2307 (build number 2307.40000.2.0) and is now available. The update brings significant enhancements, including support for Windows app launch protocol, compatibility with the low-level Vulkan API, graphics improvements, stability fixes, etc.

We’ve shipped an update for Windows Subsystem for Android™ on Windows 11 to the Windows Subsystem for Android™ Preview Program. This update (2307.40000.2.0) includes improvements to advanced settings, graphics reliability and several requested features.

Download Windows Subsystem for Android Preview 2307 to try the new version from the Microsoft Store. You can also sign up for the preview program using the provided link to receive early updates. Remember, there’s a separate preview program for WSA that allows testing without unstable Windows 11 builds. Windows Subsystem for Android preview updates will soon be available in the Windows Insider program.
Remember the hardware requirements before installing WSA: 16GB of RAM, a solid-state drive (SSD), and virtualization support enabled in UEFI settings and the operating system.
