Microsoft has announced the launch of new person query and network metrics in the Viva Insights advanced insights app. These new features are now generally available and will help organizations better understand their workforce and make informed decisions about how to improve employee productivity and well-being.

The new person query metrics can be used to analyze meeting habits and identify employees who may have too many redundant meetings or not enough time slots for focused work. The new network metrics can be used to understand the relationship between network breadth and sales productivity.

In addition, two new privacy and compliance features have been added to the advanced insights app: domain suppression and domain reclassification. These features can be used to improve the privacy and accuracy of metrics.

Finally, a new onboarding email has been launched for analysts using the advanced insights app. This email provides users with the steps to activate their role and access key supporting documentation.

Overall, the new features in the Viva Insights advanced insights app are a valuable addition for organizations that want to understand their workforce better and make informed decisions about how to improve employee productivity and well-being.
