#TileArt lets you customize your Windows Phone background unlike any other app out there

#TileArt is a custom tile background app that really takes things to the next level customization-wise. #TileArt was created by Ricc Webb, and it allows you to create a custom lock screen in addition to the awesome Windows Phone backgrounds.

#TileArt offers users a one-of-a-kind experience to create your very own personalized background. Choose from your own photo gallery or use pictures from the #TileArt Gallery which features artwork from artists like Shanghee Shin, Vicky Scott, and artwork from Xbox One games like Halo The Master Chief Collection and Sunset OverDrive.

Some of the main features of #TileArt include:

  • Create your own custom tile layout
  • Upload transparent PNG images
  • Access the free #TileArt Gallery
  • Customize your lock screen
  • Share your home screen with your friends

Microsoft and Talenthouse artworks is holding a competition to see who can create the most creative lock screens and backgrounds on their Lumia smartphones. The grand prize is a Digital Artist Kit that includes a Lumia 930, a Surface Pro 3, a dedicated page within the #TileART app, and $1,500 cash.  An offer like that doesn’t come around very often, so download #TileArt in the link below to start working on your #TileArt design. We’ve also included a link to the competition page.
