Surface Pro 3 ad featured during The Walking Dead Season 5 finale

\

The Walking Dead is a hit show on AMC and the season 5 finale took place earlier tonight. For those of you who didnt know, the season 5 finale was extended to 90 minutes — 30 minutes longer than the usual 60 minute run time. Of course this simply means more room for advertisements!

\

During the season 5 finale, Microsoft’s Surface Pro 3 was featured in the advertisements. One particular ad, embedded below for your viewing pleasure, shows off how the Surface Pro 3 can be used to help stage an “attack plan” against zombies. There are no zombies in the ad, however. Sarah just wants to prank her husband. Either way, the Surface Pro 3 is shown off and millions of viewers are expected to see it and say, “oh that looks like a nice gadget, maybe I should go buy it.”

\

Did you watch the finale? What did you think about it?
