The rumors about the alleged Samsung SM-750V, codenamed Huron, are picking up their pace. Yesterday, @evleaks tweeted that it’s a Windows Phone 8.1 powered handset that is destined to reach Verizon in the coming months, and also posted an image of what it could look like. If you have doubts about the existence of the handset, this should cheer you up a little as the handset was spotted on GFXBench, a benchmarking tool.

The appearance of the handset on the website also revealed some of the specifications it could bring at the table. Obviously, we know it’s coming with Windows Phone 8.1 as its operating system, thanks to @evleaks, but in terms of hardware specifications, it is expected to come with a quad-core Snapdragon SoC with Adreno 305 — could be Snapdragon S4, but it’s not confirmed at the moment. The listing also mentions it will feature a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, which is lower than the 1080p we heard before.

As it’s running Windows Phone 8.1 OS, we’re assuming it could take some time for the handset to see the light of the day. Microsoft is rumored to unveil the upcoming Windows Phone 8.1 at the annual Build 2014 conference which will take place in April. But, you never know, Samsung has already sent out press invites for its Unpacked event for the Mobile World Congress 2014, and it could take the wraps off of the device in Barcelona.

Let’s just take this with a grain of salt as there’s no official word about its existence from the Korean OEM. We’ll update you once we hear anything about the alleged handset.
