NOW TV, owned by Sky, have been busy shaking things up this year through a compelling offering of TV shows alongside its cheap-as-chips set-top box. Continuing this charge, NOW have announced today that they are bringing their TV-On-Demand service to Windows 8.1 devices, with the app now available for all users in the Windows Store.

NOW TV is available to all users who have picked up a Movies Month Pass, an Entertainment Month Pass or a Sky Sports Month Pass who then download the app from the Windows Store. The app is available across most operating systems and devices and allows for simultaneous usage by different users using separate devices on the same account. Up to four devices can be registered, allowing for use across the whole family.

A purchase of a month pass does not enter the user into any contract, everything comes with no strings attached. In all, this is an attractive offering and a welcome addition to the ever (but slowly) growing Windows Store.
