The gamescom gaming trade fair is coming back for its 13th edition this week, and Microsoft will kick things off with a 90 minutes Xbox stream starting at 10 AM PT this morning. The show will be live-streamed on the official Xbox channels on Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter, with a 4K/60FPS rebroadcast to follow on the Xbox YouTube channel.

In the teaser for the event, the Xbox team promised to deliver “updates on some of the biggest games coming to Xbox, upcoming releases on Xbox Game Pass, and more.” If today’s show should focus on previously announced games from Microsoft and its partners, all eyes should be on upcoming Xbox Game Studios titles such as Halo Infinite, Forza Horizon 5, or Age of Empires IV.

We’ll be covering the gamescom 2021 Xbox stream live, but you can watch the event right on this page. In case you missed it, the Xbox stream will be preceded by Bungie’s Destiny 2 showcase event at 9AM PT, and maybe we’ll finally get an update today about when Destiny 2 and all of its DLCs are finally coming to Xbox Game Pass for PC.

Anyway, today’s Destiny and Xbox digital events are just the beginning of an exciting week for gamers. Tomorrow, Geoff Keighley will host the gamescom Opening Night Live at 11 AM PT, and the 2 hours show with offer news about upcoming blockbuster games such as Call of Duty: Vanguard, Far Cry 6, a possible Saints Row reboot, and more.
