The first step, before you can make the most out of offline maps on Windows, is to download it for offline use. Here’s how you can get started with it.

Launch the Windows Settings. Do this by either pressing Windows key + I shortcut. Alternatively, head to the Start menu search bar, type in ‘settings,’ and select the best match.

On the Settings menu, go to search bar on the top, type in “offline maps,” and select Offline maps. From there, click on Download maps to get the maps onto your system. Now click on Download maps.
