MediaPortal 1.3.0 Beta released

MediaPortal 1.3.0 Beta has been released and it brings with it many new features for those who love to have a Media Center style application. Not only does MediaPortal 1.3 Beta come with Windows 8 support (with complete support to hit once this application hits final), but it also features a new Tital UI as well as design for 1080p 16:9 displays.
