Now that Halloween is almost upon us, Microsoft has just announced a limited-time Shocktober sale featuring many popular horror video games franchises. Resident Evil, Dead Rising, Telltale Games’ The Walking Dead are all on sale, in addition to We Happy Few, Sea of Thieves, and State of Decay 2. Popular titles such as Fortnite and Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare are also discounted this week, and fans of IO Interactive’s latest Hitman game can also download an Halloween-themed Pack for free for a limited time.

In this week’s Deals with Gold, Microsoft has up to 75% off select titles for the Xbox One and 360 consoles. The main highlights are the RTS game Halo Wars 2, which is available with all of its DLC for just $30, but you also may want to check out the Final Fantasy IV Royal Edition, L.A. Noire Remastered, and the Kerbal Space Program Enhanced Edition, which are each half off right now for Gold members.

Last but not least, Microsoft also has a Fallout 4 sale ahead of the release of Fallout 76 on November 14. The Game of the Year Edition with all the DLCs is just $29.99 (50% off), but those of you who already own the game (or play it for free with Xbox Game Pass) can take advantage of a 40% discount on the game’s Season Pass.
