A new Windows 10 Mobile build is here! Build 10549 includes a number of features and enhancements over the last public preview build which was 10536. Microsoft says there’s a problem with upgrading to this build from 10536, so to do you so you need to downgrade back to 8.1 first. This build includes a new option to change DPI scaling, Messaging app improvements and more.

Build 10549 is actually a pretty old build, but since Microsoft is having issues with upgrades from 10539, we imagine releasing a built this old was easier for the company at this time.
