Following months of speculation it’s now official: Ghostwire Tokyo is headed to Xbox! Bethesda’s 2022 first person action-adventure title will launch on Xbox on April 12th, and what’s even better is that the Xbox release will include the Spider’s Thread Update launching the same day. And what’s even better still is that Ghostwire Tokyo will be available on Xbox and PC Game Pass!

Developer: Bethesda Softworks
Price: Free

Tokyo is overrun by deadly supernatural forces as a dangerous occultist causes the city’s population to vanish in an instant. Join forces with a powerful spectral entity on their quest for vengeance and master a powerful arsenal of abilities to unravel the dark truth behind the disappearance as you FACE THE UNKNOWN in Ghostwire: Tokyo.

Ghostwire Tokyo released last year on Windows PC and PlayStation 5 as a limited-time exclusive. The game was developed by Tango Gameworks (most recently of Hi-Fi Rush fame) and was co-created by Shinji Mikiami—creator of the Resident Evil franchise as well as The Evil Within. Ghostwire Tokyo was featured on our look forward at Xbox in 2023 post back at the beginning of the year.

This will feature “30 randomly selected stages from over 120 tailored challenges to conquer.”
