The latest Skype Insider build release notes, 8.102.76.210, are here. This build seems to have focused on improving the file-sharing experience and making it more intuitive. Skype also had a significant update in June this year when its users started getting Bing Image Creator.

Better Auto-download
\n
Users can now enable auto-download for incoming files to have them automatically downloaded. They will see a distinct icon representing the file type while they download.
\n
Simplified Button Interaction
\n
The new design allows instant viewing of received files with auto-download enabled. Tap/click anywhere on the file.
\n
Easy File Saving
\n
Even though auto-download lets you view files immediately, there are times when you want to save files to your device; right-click and select ‘Save-As’ on desktop or open and select ‘Share’ on mobile.
\n

\n
There are also a couple of fixes in the new build. An issue with the video camera not working on Android devices has been fixed, along with a bug that caused the app to crash when scheduling a call through a long-press action on iOS and Android.
