PC Game Pass expands its reach to Five New Countries in Southeast Asia – onmsft.com

Microsoft announced that they have added five new countries in Southeast Asia to PC Game Pass with the aim of achieving their mission, “to bring the joy and community of gaming to everyone on the planet.” Sometime last month, they announced that a preview of PC Game Pass will be made available in those countries through the Xbox Insider App.

PC Game Pass is now accessible to gamers in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. Therefore, gamers can sign up and gain access to the service for three months at $1 (USD). Once the three months lapse, it will be available for “one low monthly price”.

This means that gamers in Southeast Asia will now have unlimited access to multiple high-quality entries, such as Minecraft, Sea of Thieves, and Microsoft Flight Simulator, among others entries. They will also have access to EA Play membership and iconic Bethesda games.

Microsoft plans to tap into more markets by bringing PC Game Pass to more countries where Windows is available.  They are also planning to improve the experience they provide to gamers by growing the selection of games across genres and also providing better language support for them.
