Nokia Lumia 930

Availability dates for the high-end Nokia Lumia 930 have started popping up for various markets across the globe. Yesterday, we saw that Lumia 930 is expected to land in South Africa, along with a several other European countries, including Norway, Germany, France and more. If you happen to be in Italy waiting for the handset to hit retail, you will be glad to find out that the Microsoft Store Italy is taking pre-orders of the device for €599.00  incl. VAT — a few retailers in the country are also taking pre-orders of the device.

The handset is available in all four colors: black, white, orange and green. As for the release date, Microsoft store lists that it will start shipping on July 10th, which goes in line with all the previous reports, we’ve seen regarding Lumia 930’s availability in other parts of Europe as well.

For €599.00, you’ll get a 5-inch 1080p display, powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 800 SoC clocked at 2.3GHz. There’s 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage on board. Unfortunately, the Lumia 930 doesn’t offer a microSD card slot for expansion, which may come as a disappointment to many Windows Phone fans. On the rear, there’s a 20MP camera with PureView technology and Carl Zeiss options. To make sure it provides users with a decent battery time, there’s a 2,420 mAh battery on board as well. Last, but not the least, the device runs Windows Phone 8.1 as its operating system out of the box.

So, how many of you are planning to grab the Nokia Lumia 930 once it hits retail? Sound off in the comments below!
