Mass Effect, one of the most popular games on the Xbox to date, is preparing for another installment of the series. A Mass Effect 3 demo will be launching on February 14th 2012, and will include Kinect voice integration!

Earlier this year, a development build of Mass Effect 3 leaked to users who were testing the Fall 2011 Dashboard Update, the build revealed characters, and some bugs that the game creators were yet to fix.

Luckily, the game developers have been working hard to squash all those bugs for you, and are now preparing a demo for Xbox LIVE users. The demo will include Kinect voice commands, and one level to hype things up for launch. The demo is set to launch on February 14 this year. BioWare and EA are labeling this the “early access” period of the beta.

Mass Effect is one of the most popular games on the Xbox 360, with two previous installments being very popular, Mass Effect 3 is set for launch March 6th, and is out to break records among the many games set for release this year.

“We are excited to be able to give gamers an expansive demo that will put them right on the front lines of this all-out galactic war. The entire scale of the game is bigger than anything we’ve ever done. With its intense action, deep customization and raw emotional power, Mass Effect 3 will deliver a spectacular action RPG experience to fans of the series and newcomers alike,” BioWare’s Casey Hudson said in a statement.
