Last week we reported that Microsoft was celebrating Anime Month with some great sales on the Windows Store. Today, Microsoft is giving away Season 1 of ‘Fairy Tail’ for free on the Windows Store, once again reminding Anime fans that the month which celebrates the style of Japanese film and television animation lives on.
While it’s not clear how long this season will be free, Microsoft notes you can download season 1 of “Fairy Tail” for free for a “limited time” and get seasons 2 and 3 for just $5 each. The company also points fans to the Movies and TV section of the Windows Store to check out other great Anime Month deals and offers.
If you were curious, “Fairy Tail” is is a Japanese manga series by Hiro Mashima. The series follows the adventures of the Celestial Spirit Mage Lucy Heartfilia after she joins the Fairy Tail Guild and teams up with Natsu Dragneel, who is searching for the Dragon Igneel.
