Vine, for those that are unfamiliar with it, is a popular new service that allows you to capture short videos and loop them in a simple and fun way to share with friends or family members. While the official Vine app is still under works, you can now download an unofficial yet awesome app called 6Sec.

6Sec is an awesome Vine app that is the only full Vine client app available for Windows Phone 8. Vine was launched on Apple’s iOS platform and eventually to the Google Android platform. “6Sec for Vine is the best way to see and share life in motion. Create short, beautiful, looping videos in a simple and fun way for your friends and family to see,” the app description reads.

This unofficial app is available for all to download, so you don’t have to wait for the official Vine app to be released. 6Sec supports Lens, so you can create Vines from within the camera app. You can also explore trending posts, features hashtags, and channels. You can also search Vines using hashtags as well as share Vines to Twitter and Facebook.
