The Yezz Billy 4.7 Windows Phone 8.1-powered smartphone is now available for pre-order

The Yezz Billy 4.7, whose name is inspired by Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, is one of the most affordable Windows Phone 8.1 handsets out there, and it’s now available for pre-order. Considering that this is a low-budget smartphone, you shouldn’t expect top-notch hardware, but Yezz did a good job in making this product appealing.

For starters, it comes in an incredibly slim 7.2mm body, with a Quad-core Snapdragon 200 CPU clocked at 1.2GHz, a  4.7” 720p display, 8GB of on-board storage (expandable to 128GB via MicroSD, an 8MP rear camera with a 2MP front shooter, and dual-SIM support. Oh and 1GB of RAM so you won’t have any limitations on apps you plan to install. Powered by Windows Phone 8.1 out of the box, you can immediately enjoy Microsoft’s latest and greatest mobile OS.

If you’re looking for a capable Windows Phone 8.1 device for an affordable price, contract-free, then you can go ahead and pre-order the Yezz Billy 4.7 now from Amazon for $249.
