Xbox to air Gears of War Live broadcast for GoW 4 launch on October 5th – onmsft.com

The launch of Gears of War 4 is a few weeks away, and to celebrate, Xbox will be airing a special Gears of War Live broadcast ahead of the launch on October 5th. Fans from around the world are invited to join and try their luck at winning copies of Gears of War 4: Ultimate Edition, and much more.

During the live broadcast, 90 copies of the Ultimate edition of the game will be given away, and the winners will also get to play four days before the actual launch on October 11th. The broadcast will be hosted by Larry Hryb, Paul Scheer, Jessica Chobot, Scott Robison, and Justine Ezarik. Interviews from the creators of the game, behind the scene features, and special gameplay will also happen during the event.

Fans who watch the broadcast on Twitch, and other channels, will also be treated to a special 90-minute post show which will feature will feature creator commentary, live gameplay, and an eSports exhibition. For more information on Gears of War 4, check out the full announcement here, or follow @GearsofWar on Twitter.
