Xbox One owners with Xbox Live subscription can play Forza Motorsport 5 free this weekend

Xbox One Live Gold members get several exciting features and access to games at discounted prices. If you’re an Xbox Live member, you could try the Xbox exclusive Forza Motorsport 5 in all its entirety for free. The promotion will run through Thursday, September 4 at 12:01AM PDT through 11:59PM, September 7th.

“As we gear up for the launch of Forza Horizon 2 on Sept. 30, we’re excited to announce that all Xbox Live Gold members can enjoy Forza Motorsport 5 for free this entire upcoming weekend. Beginning at 12:01 a.m. PDT, Thursday, Sept. 4 through 11:59 p.m. PDT, Sunday, Sept. 7, Gold members in Xbox One markets can play the newest entry in the highest-rated racing franchise* of the past decade, Forza Motorsport 5, in entirety and for free,” Microsoft said in a blog post.

This should come as an exciting news for all racing fans in possession of an Xbox One. Forza Motorsport 5 give users the ability to experience in-game challenges, compete against players from across the globe, build your achievements and more. Simply head over to the Xbox Store and download Forza Motorsport 5.

For those of you who don’t have Xbox Live subscription, Microsoft offers a one month trial for you to test it out, after which you must pay $9.99 per month or $59.99 a year if you wish to continue using the Xbox Live membership.
