Xbox One gets a price cut in the United Kingdom, drops to £409.99

Xbox One

Xbox One topped the sales charts in December with 908,000 units, but it appears to be a good thing if you’re one of those people who didn’t manage to snag a console yet. If you’re based in the UK, you will be in luck as a few retailers, including Zavvi and The Hut, have dropped the price of the Xbox One to £409.99. This is £20 less than the official price offered at the Microsoft Store UK.

Obviously, this may not be a very big discount, but considering that it’s been a few months since Microsoft took the wraps of its next-generation gaming console, it is still a decent discount for those who want to save every single bit of their hard-earned cash. The offer posted on both retailers doesn’t include any games, so you have to get on with the purchase or choose an Xbox One bundle that comes with a few games. Microsoft and several other retailers are offering various bundles that comes with the console as well as addictive games.

If you’re fine without the bundle and want to get the games separately, it’s your choice. Simply head over to Zavvi or The Hut to get your hands-on the console. Also let us know if you find a discount on the Xbox One at any other retailer, including the game bundles, using the comments below.
