One of the great benefits (and intentive to keep you subscribed) of Xbox Live Gold is the free games that are given away each month. Next month, Microsoft will bring two new Xbox One games that will be available for free for a full month as well as two Xbox 360 classics which for 15 days days each. All four games will be exclusively to those with Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass Ultimate, with the total sum of next months titles coming to a value of almost $65.
Starting January 1, Styx Shards of Darkness for Xbox will be available as a free download during the whole month. TEKKEN 6 will also be available on the same day, although Xbox owners will have until January 15 to grab the title.
Starting January 16, the complete season of Batman: The Telltale Series, which comes with all five episodes, will be available until February 15. Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy will also be available free until the end of the month.
While the new year isn’t quite here yet, most of December’s Games with Gold are still available. Right now, the Xbox One games Inside Robots and Jurassic Would Evolution as well as the Xbox 360 game Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate HD are still available in this month’s Games with Gold.
If you’ve never subscribed before, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is available for for $1 for the first three months. And if you act fast, you might be able to get an additional six months for the price of three.
