Microsoft has just revealed the upcoming free Games with Gold for August, which will include the action role-playing game Darksiders III. The game will be free for Xbox Live Gold subscribers on August 1 alongside Lost Planet 3, a third-person shooter released on the Xbox 360 back in 2013.

Two more Games with Gold titles will follow on August 16 with the family-friendly platformer Yooka-Laylee, which will be joined by the fighting game Garou: Mark of the Wolves. Overall, these four games represent $130 in value and 3200 in Gamerscore, which is more than we had with this month’s Games with Gold.

If you haven’t done it yet, you have until the end of the month to grab Planet Alpha and Midway Arcade Origins for free on the Microsoft Store with your Xbox Live Gold subscription. As usual, Xbox 360 games are yours to keep forever, but Xbox One games grabbed through the Games with Gold require an active Xbox Live Gold subscription to be played on your console.
