Xbox 360 Titanfall "is the true experience" and has frame rate "above 30fps"

Xbox One owners have been enjoying Titanfall for a few weeks now, but anyone with an Xbox 360 and the general consensus is that it is a great game backed up with stunning graphics. This should come as little surprise considering the game is running on the Xbox One’s cutting-edge hardware, so it’s understandable that the developers would have felt a little daunted by the prospect of bringing the same game to Xbox 360.

\

Despite having to work with less powerful hardware, “Titanfall on the Xbox 360 is the true experience” says Daryl Allison, Senior Producer at Bluepoint Games: the developers have been able “to make hardware do the impossible”.

In a blog post on the official Titanfall website, Allison explains that there is nothing missing from the Xbox 360 version of the game. Gamers can look forward to “all the maps, modes, pilots, titans, weapons, burn cards, you name it, found in the Xbox One and PC versions”. Whilst acknowledging the hardware limitation of the older console, he assures Titanfall fans that “the game runs above 30fps”.

Taking into account the complexity and graphical depth of the game, this is an impressive feat. As Allison says, it seems as though the extra time that has been devoted to getting the Xbox 360 version just right.

So has it been worth the wait? There are just a few more days to go! You can grab yourself a copy on April 8th.
