Xbox 360 console will also be able to race the gaming title the crew on november 11

The game publisher Ubisoft has announced that its upcoming racing game The Crew will also arrive on Xbox 360. Previously the company had planned to keep the game title limited to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Windows PC. The crew will launch on November 11 for all the aforementioned platforms.

The Crew for the older console is already in development at Asobo Studio — which has previously made popular titles such as Fuel and Toy Story 3. The company has interestingly not decided to develop the game for PS3 and other older platforms.

At its briefing at the ongoing Gamescom event, the company said that it wants to provide the title to even those gamers who haven’t upgraded their consoles yet. “The Crew was originally built for the new generation of consoles, but we have always had a desire to make it accessible to as many people as possible. We’re excited to bring The Crew’s same core features, massive scope, mission variety, and overall driving experience to Xbox 360 players,”  said Tony Key, Marketing Executive, Ubisoft.

Xbox One and PS4 gamers will be able to play the closed beta of The Crew in September. Are you excited about the new title? Share with us in the comments below.
