Xbox 360 backwards compatibility arrives for everyone this November

Those eagerly awaiting Xbox 360 backwards compatibility for the Xbox One will only have to wait until November. The feature is already being tested but will roll out to everyone in November with over one hundred games, with “hundreds more” to come.

At Gamescom today it was announced that not only will over one hundred games be available at the public launch of the feature, but that all future Xbox 360 Games with Gold will be backwards compatible.

Microsoft is committed to having their library of playable games on the Xbox One expand. After the over one hundred games are part of the public release of the backwards compatibility in November, even more games are on the way.

We’ll have all the news and a recap of today’s Gamescom event so stay tuned for more details.
