Looking for a neat app for Windows 8 and Windows RT that imports your pictures and uploads them to SkyDrive? Photo Companion is the perfect app to accomplish this task. Not only can you upload to SkyDrive, but you can also automatically upload your pictures as well as automatically delete uploaded pictures. You can even enable auto-play for your camera.

\

“Photo companion is automatically connecting to digital camera, temporary copying pictures locally and uploading digital photography to SkyDrive. It has been tested with Canon and Nikon, Point & Shot and Digital SLR cameras,” the app description reads. This app is free and was recently made available on the Windows Store.
