Windows phones may not get Mario Run but there’s always Chameleon Run – onmsft.com

Apple’s iPhones may be getting the new Mario Run video game but that doesn’t mean there aren’t any runners on Windows phones. Launching today on Windows 10 Mobile devices is a new entry in the popular endless runner genre, Chameleon Run.

The game features a heavily stylised design sensibility and shakes things up a bit by adding a color-change mechanic into the gameplay. All of the levels are non-linear and contain three main objectives each.

Here’s the official game description: Chameleon Run is a unique, fast and challenging autorunner with a colorful twist. Jump, switch and run through expertly crafted levels that will have you running back for more.  Your goal is to switch your color to match the ground as you run and jump from platform to platform. Sounds easy right? Well think again!

Other endless runners on Windows 10 Mobile include Sonic Dash, Rayman Jungle Run, and Temple Run: Oz and Brave. Do you have a favorite endless runner on your device? Share your recommendations with the community in the comments below.
