Windows Phone Facebook Beta

Just a week ago, the Facebook beta app for Windows Phone was updated, bringing general fixes and improvements, but not much new for the user.  That changed tonight, as a new version of the app (version if you’re counting) showed up in the Windows Phone Store.

The new version brings quite a long list of improvements, including an updated design, video upload, messenger support, and well here’s the whole list:

v5.3 Additions:
• Updated design
• Video upload
• Messenger support
• Post detail page
• Photo commenting
• Ability to edit comments
• Tagging improvements
• Upload improvements
• Performance improvements
• “Top Stories” newsfeed and improved newsfeed ranking
• Improved “Most Recent” newsfeed
• More newsfeed content
• Profile timeline improvements
• Group feed improvements
• Event feed improvements
• Page feed improvements
• General bug fixes
• Performance improvements

You can download the app from our download link, below, and remember, this version of the app is in beta, and “there could be some bugs”.  If you find any, you can report them to Microsoft, the app’s publisher, by sending feedback via Settings > Feedback.
