Windows Phone 7.5 picks up interaction design award

Microsoft is celebrating once again as the Windows Phone platform won an award for excellence in interaction design during the IxDA 2012 Interaction Awards. It comes as no surprise that Windows Phone 7.5 would bring in this award for the company.

“The teams and organizations behind the winning projects deserve our attention and applause. Great interaction design does not suddenly appear; it’s through a considered design process, understanding of behavior, and clear intent that these projects shine. We are thankful to all that submitted in this first year, providing our judges with a difficult task of narrowing projects and selecting the final winners,” IxDA stated in an announcement for the winners of the 2012 Interaction Awards.
