Microsoft hasn’t yet published a blog post, but they’ve went ahead and pushed a new Windows 10 Mobile Insider build to the Slow and Preview rings. This one is build 10586.164, and you won’t get this one if you’re running a device on the Fast ring.

- Faster saving of screenshots
- Smoother video playback
- Opening of PDF files in Edge improvements
