A new report indicates that Windows 8 Release to Manufacturing (RTM) will be build 8600 and that development for the RTM build is expected to be completed by August of this year. If true, this looks promising for those who are looking forward to Windows 8’s release. On top of that, new screenshots have also leaked.
This release is just in time for the holiday season too. August is coming up quickly and if this report is true, we can expect to see Windows 8 devices out by the holiday season. As you can see from the screenshots above, Windows 8 will feature many new colors as well as an improved Metro user interface. More on this as it breaks.
