We have been learning more and more about Windows 8’s new features at this years Build Developer Conference. One new feature that was discovered today was the addition of a “sad face” to the blue screen of death.
Typically, when a user encounters a blue screen of death, it is a grim screen that makes one feel that they did something bad. Now, Microsoft has implimented in Windows 8 a new blue screen of dead that contains a sad face. “:( Your PC ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and now it needs to restart,” the new blue screen states. Talk about talking a less-grim approach towards the blue screen. Take a look below:
