Microsoft has released a new pair of Windows 11 Insider updates today, for the Canary Channel (25921) and the Dev Channel (23545). For the Canary Channel, there are a couple of new features for Server Message Blocks (SMB), and the new Canary Channel build now supports blocking NTLM for remote outbound connections. This changes legacy behavior, and an administrator can now “intentionally block Windows from offering NTLM via SMB.”

Admins can now also control which SMB2 and SMB3 dialects the SMB server will negotiate.

In addition, the network flyout on the lock screen will now better match the network flyout from quick settings. You can check out all the details over at the Windows Insider blog post.
