Microsoft’s Surface app for their Surface hardware devices updated today to Version 43.60x.139.0.
This update added device images for the new Surface Laptop 3, Surface Pro X, Surface Pro 7 devices, enables the display of information for the Surface Slim Pen when in Swift-pair mode, and adds more support for the app when run on older versions of the Windows 10 operating system.

In Nov 2019 release (version 43.60x.139.0), we have added the following features:
- Show device image in app for new devices: Surface Laptop 3, Surface Pro X, Surface Pro 7
- Show information on Surface Slim Pen in Surface app when the pen is in Swift-pair mode
- Fixes to support installation on older versions of Windows 10 and Accessibility issues
The Windows 10 Surface app is a free app that comes pre-installed on new Surface devices. It’s main purpose is to educate the user on all of their Surface’s features and can also help pair devices and customize their settings.
