Blizzard has given us a glimpse of Diablo III’s season 27, and a release date. Diablo III’s season 27 begins on 26th August at 5 pm PDT. Blizzard said Light’s Calling is the new seasonal theme for Diablo III’s Season 27.
According to Blizzard’s blog post, the new Season 27 Light’s Calling theme is based on the angelic trials the Nephallem can undergo, which means you can earn Angelic crucibles, a new consumable that lets you infuse legendary weapons with a random new class-specific power.
What’s new in the Diablo III’s season 27 update
The New Season 27 Light’s Calling brings back Avarice and Speed Racer. The goal in Avarice is to complete a 50 Million gold streak without challenging the Vault and in the Speed Racer, you have been challenged to complete the Diablo III campaign at level 70 in under 60 minutes.
In Season 27 cosmetics include gloves and a chest from the conquerer set and eternal struggle-themed portrait frames. The new season 27 brings new pet collections, and Belphegor is available as the season’s pet.
