Microsoft’s Xbox team and 343 Industries, the developer behind the game, are about to host a live ‘launch invitational’ stream on Twitch as part of HaloFest, for those of you who are fans of Halo. The live stream will feature gameplay from the new Halo The Master Chief Collection for Xbox One, hyping you up for the game’s upcoming launch.

For those that did not know, the Master Chief Collection, available for pre-order on the Xbox One, includes Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Halo 2, Halo 3 and Halo 4. These classic games come with improved frame rates, graphics, and increased resolution.

If you’re a Halo fan, you should have marked your calendar for November 11th by now, as it’s the day the company plans to launch the game. Microsoft also plans to hold a live stream of HaloFest 2014 from the Avalon Theater in Los Angeles, starting at 8PM PST on November 10th, a day before the launch of the Halo: The Master Chief Collection itself. There will be a world premiere of the first episode of Halo: Nightfall as well; users will be able to view the live stream on their Xbox Live, Xbox.com, and Twitch.

Watch the ‘launch invitational’ stream below, which begins at 2PM PST. Enjoy!
